Delivery lead-time
Your package will be processed in less than 2 working days (Monday to Friday). You need to add postal delivery times, typically 48 hours (basic mode "colissimo" or "lettre") on French territory and 2 to 6 days for the rest of Europe. The delivery time depend on postal service. For payments by cheque and direct credit, your order will be processed as soon as your cheque is received or our account credited with your payment.
Destinations
The Mustradem online shop delivers all over Europe, "DOM TOM", Canada, US and New Zealand. By clicking on "My account", then on "My Personal Address Book", you can easily manage up to 5 different delivery addresses. You could at your convenience, according to the order, chose to have it delivered at home, at your workplace or at a friend's place (gift or holiday address).
Shipping and transport
We work exclusively with "La Poste". Your package will be delivered to your chosen address. As soon as we send a package, you immediately receive an email to inform you of its departure. In order to minimize your transport costs, our products are sent by "lettre" or "Colissimo suivi". In addition, "La Poste" knows how to deliver packages to both individuals and companies. If you are absent on the day of the delivery, your postman will leave a notice in your letterbox. It will be held for you a fortnight at your local post office. Your package number will be given to you in the delivery information email.
In case your package is lost in the post, we are not liable. We will not be able to send you another package, or a refund, until "La Poste" officially declares that the package is lost, which takes 21 days.
In case of postal strikes, we decline any responsibility for late delivery.
Freight costs
Charges are calculated according of the weight of your package and the chosen delivery mode. This is indicated when you place your order. Above 100 Euros, freight is free for France.
Delivery follow-ups
For each step of the processing of your order, an email is send to you as a follow-up in real time. To follow online at anytime the status of your order, you simply need to identify yourself on our site and look at your order in the list of past orders, accessible from your account page. The up-to-date status of your order will appear. In addition, our customer service department is, of course, available for any further information. You can contact us directly.
Returning items
If your article is faulty, you can send it back to us and obtain an exchange.
